Sales and Use Tax Policy



I usually ship packages within three business days. If, for some reason, I’m not able to ship in that time frame (i.e. weather, illness, etc.) I always try let my customers know.

An option to add shipping insurance will be available during checkout. I highly recommend including it since there seems to have been increase in lost packages.

If a package happens to go missing (30 days from date of shipping) I won’t be able to give a refund. However, I can give you store credit for the amount paid including shipping.

International Customers
If you would like to place an order, please contact me for a shipping quote. Also don’t forget to enter a phone number. If your package happens to get held up in customs they need a way to be able to reach you.  Any other fees, such as taxes/duties/customs, are the responsibility of the customer.

I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not happy and would like to make a return or exchange please contact me within 7 days after receiving your item(s) to make arrangements for the return. The item(s) must be in their original/unused condition (i.e. labels still attached, yarn and fiber still in sell-able condition, no strange smells, etc.) I cannot refund shipping charges at this time and cannot pay for the return shipping. Refunds on sale items or items bought with a coupon will be for the sale price, not original price before discount. Clearance item sales are final and no refunds will be given.

I would recommend getting a tracking number, and possibly insurance, for the return package. I’m not responsible for packages lost on their way back to me.

Custom order returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Privacy Policy

Spin Fusion will never disclose your personal information to anyone. Any information obtained from will only be used to process and complete your orders. You will only receive e-mails from Spin Fusion that pertain to your orders or if you request it.

Security is extremely important at Spin Fusion. All checkouts performed with PayPal are handled by the PayPal servers which help keep your information safe and gives us very little information about you. They only tell us you bought something and where to ship it. We never see your credit card information!


Additional Policies

If you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help you. I try my hardest to take accurate photos of my items but keep in mind that different monitors show colors differently.

All of my items are from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. Be assured that all of my inventory is stored safely in plastic bags inside plastic bins away from my pets.

I also work with raw fleeces and I don’t always know what they may have come into contact with while still on the animal (i.e. pollen, dirt, hay and grass, other animals, etc.). I do try to keep my finished products and raw fleeces separate. If you are worried about allergies I do give washing instructions on all of my product listings so you can wash them after they arrive (Mostly yarn. You wouldn’t want to wash a batt).

I use Jacquard dye (for protein fibers like wool and silk) and RIT dye, soon to be Dharma fiber reactive dyes (for cellulose and man-made fibers like bamboo) and I always rinse my fibers after dyeing. If you are allergic to wool or the dyes I use please use good judgement when ordering from Spin Fusion.
